Shipping policy

Coconut Surf currently ships within the United States of America (U.S.) with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. We charge a flat rate of $5.00 to supplement shipping costs and offer free shipping within the U.S. with orders over $100; orders are mailed via USPS standard shipping.

Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.

Damages: Pink Surf LLC, operating as Coconut Surf, is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
