Return Policy

We understand the need to exchange and/or return items and we want you to be happy with your Coconut Surf purchase. We ask that all items sent back must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags. Please note our return policy based on discount percentage below.

Exchanges: Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.

Refund: Returns for the purchase price of goods must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us directly at team@coconutsurfco.com to begin a return.

Return Policy Based on Discount Percentage: 0-20% Discount: Eligible for a full refund or exchange if received within 14 days of receipt. Over 20% Discount: All sales are final. Items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
